He hasn’t been with us long, but he’s already stolen our hearts, and now he’s ready to steal yours.
Marco is a loveable, good-mannered 2-year-old Boxer cross with a medium build, a big personality, and even bigger cuddle energy. He’s affectionate, social, and just waiting for the right family to scoop him up!
🤗 Super Smoochy: Marco is a certified cuddle bug who loves to be close to his people. If you want a dog who will shower you with love on a daily basis, he’s your guy.
🏃 Running Partner: Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to hit the pavement whenever you are. He barely stops to sniff and is completely unbothered by cyclists and other runners, the perfect training buddy!
😌 Chilled Out: Great manners, zero reactivity (even when caught off guard by bigger dogs), and not food or toy possessive. He happily spends his days office-hopping, napping (snoring), and meeting new people. Crate trained and eats his meals there too, though when it comes to bedtime, he’s made it very clear that the couch is his.
🐾 Dog-friendly?: Marco hasn’t spent any time around other dogs while in our care, but he’s shown he’s totally unbothered by them out on walks, a great sign! If you have a dog at home already, we’re more than happy to facilitate a meet and greet before adoption.
😻 Pet Friendly: No drive for cats, making him a fantastic fit for households with feline flatmates! Not yet tested with other small animals or farm animals, and a slow introduction is still recommended.
⚠️ One Thing to Note: Marco can be a little cautious if someone approaches too fast. Give him a moment (and maybe a treat), and he’ll be your best friend for life.
